About Us

Welcome to Intelligence Assist

We are passionate about making the transformative power of artificial intelligence (AI) accessible and affordable for small businesses across Australia. We understand that navigating the complex world of AI can be daunting, which is why we're here to be your trusted partner, guiding you every step of the way.

Our Story

The motivation behind establishing Intelligence Assist is rooted in personal experience. Janey's parents, small business owners themselves, were always eager to adopt the latest technologies; but they struggled with finding the right guidance. Over the recent years, while significant technological advancements in websites, social media, or smartphones could simply be appended to existing business models, AI presents a unique challenge. It requires integrative adoption, deeply entwined with the existing ways of doing business – a complexity that’s not always easy for small businesses to navigate.

Aware of the demanding schedules of small business operators and recognizing the inherent value of human conversations, Janey founded IA. Contemplating what her parents would ideally want for their business if they were still operating, IA was conceived as the go-to solution for small businesses for all their AI-related needs.

Operating beyond the traditional roles of AI specialists or prompt engineers, our team at IA champions the cause of process management. As passionate process enthusiasts, our guiding principle is simple – talk, understand, identify, and optimize. We take pleasure in engaging in meaningful conversations with business operators, understanding their business models, identifying areas of efficiency, and optimizing processes through adaptive AI solutions.

At IA, we are not just here to help you adopt AI; we are here to empower you to reinvent and scale, proving you with a competitive advantage in the evolving business landscape.
